Service Description

Pest infestations can be major concern for multi-family communities, as they can affect the health and safety of residents, damage property, and negatively impact the community's reputation. Multi-family requires 2x a year treatment per unit to be compliant with program, each plan is outlined in how many treatments are available and then evenly broken down into monthly rotation on a dedicated schedule to allow for proper notifications and preparations. Plans cover 2 treatments annually for a specified number of units per a plan and cover them after their initial inspection and treatment. Units will be covered under the plan after all or if any sanitation recommendations have been resolved. Program covers following pest, Roaches, Mice, Rats, Spiders, Occasional Invaders, Stinging Insects, Flies, Full Service is, - Interior/Exterior Inspections: 2x a year or as needed per unit. - Interior/Exterior Treatments: 2x a year prevention treatment or as needed for covered pest for each unit. - Rotation Tracking for Units: Automate the service process and let us track when units are due for service. - Sanitation Tracking for Units: Track housekeeping and sanitation issues per unit. - Record Keeping: keeping accurate records of pest sightings, treatments and results for each unit.
